MPay follows structured onboarding guidelines to ensure compliance and secure transactions.
I. Eligibility Criteria
- Valid KYC documents
- Compliance with RBI & NPCI regulations
- Legitimate business model
- No involvement in prohibited categories
II. Required Documents
- PAN Card
- Aadhar / valid ID proof
- Business registration documents
- Bank account details
- Website/App details (if applicable)
III. Verification Process
- Document verification
- Risk analysis
- Business model assessment
- Bank approval (if required)
IV. Onboarding Timeline
Typically 24–72 working hours depending on document accuracy.
V. Merchant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and updated details
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Avoid fraudulent/high-risk transactions
- Use MPay only for authorized business purposes
VI. Deactivation / Suspension
- Incomplete KYC
- Suspicious activity
- Regulatory violations
